The seaside village of Blackrock has breath taking views over Dundalk Bay to the legendary Cooley Peninsula and is a hotspot for locals and tourists alike. Interesting Fact: Blackrock was a tiny collection of fishermen's cottages until late in the nineteenth century when it became a popular seaside resort. It won the Tidiest Small Town award in the 2019 Tidy Towns competition.
