Rockmarshall coast clean up

Where: Rockmarshall, Dundalk, Co. Louth

To celebrate World Earth Day, Cooley Community alert and its Peninsula Marine Litter group are kicking off their 1st large clean of the year on April 23rd in Annaloughan and Rockmarshall.

 

This event is run in conjunction with CleanCoasts and An Taisce who will have a display on the day, and will also celebrate the Clean Coasts ‘Group of the Year’ being from that area.

​

The clean up will start under the bridge opposite Fitzpatricks restaurant on the Dundalk to Carlingford Road at 12pm,   will work towards Lordship and  finish by 3pm.

​

Bags,Pickers & gloves are supplied and cleaned fully after use and will be laid out in advance to limit unnecessary interaction.  The Community Alerts Quad and trailer will be used to bring these back to a central point to limit any carrying by volunteers.
